Big ticket sales in Los Altos Hills, Atherton, Hillsborough and Portola Valley

The year 2015 is off to an incredible start in the Bay Area, and there is no sign of slowing down in the real estate market.

Here are some of the big ticket luxury home sales in January.

12335 Stonebrook Court:  This 30,000 interior sq ft Tudor home in a 326,700 sq ft lot with 7 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms located in Los Altos Hills, sold for $25,000,000 which is the most expensive sale of January 2015.

2 Valley Road: A resort like home located in Atherton, sold for $9,600,00. The main home has 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms with 8,380 interior sq ft in 43,000 sq ft lot. There a separate guest house which offers a 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

55 New Place Road: A 2.2 acre home inside the gates of Burlingame Country Club in Hillsborough, sold for $9,500,000. This 8,400 sq ft home has 6 bedrooms in the main house plus 2 additional bedrooms in the guest house.

737 Westridge Drive: One level Spanish Mediterranean county style estate home in Portola Valley was sold for $7,500,000. This home has a dramatic living room with a very spectacular view of Windy Hill, this home sits on a 114,780 sq ft lot. It has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathroom with almost 5,000 interior sq ft.

2 Serrano Drive: A three level colonial style home located in Atherton was sold for $7,000,000. This premier west Atherton estates features six en-suite bedrooms with 8,255 sq ft living area and sits on a 37,800 sq ft lot showcasing an impressive grounds with beautiful gardens, pool & spa as well as an outdoor kitchen.
